For over eighteen years, LPM, Inc. has provided its residents with charming residences in downtown Sarasota’s Historic Laurel Park Neighborhood.

Strarting with one cottage in 1989, family-owned and operated LPM, Inc. has taken pride in providing updated, clean, energy-efficient, and affordable residences–all within walking distance of downtown Sarasota’s bayfront, restuarants, theaters, and so much more.

Welcome to The Community.

By encouraging neighbors to get to know and help one another, LPM helps to create a “sense of place”. Our own family is a part of the neighborhood. If we can help in any way, just ask.

Silva Court is a great place to live because it’s beautiful, safe, and near everything. My landlord is always around so maintenance gets done promptly. Management and neighbors foster a sense of community. The pool area is a lovely spot, always full of blooming plants.

“Walk to Downtown” Living.

In addition to its world-class dining, art galleries, and music venues, downtown Sarasota is home to the renowned Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Towles Court Artist Colony, historic Main Street, and much more. Step from your door to one of Florida’s most vibrant communities.

LPM Takes Downtown Living Seriously.

Tenant Screening

We screen all of our prospective residents. In addition to doing civil and criminal background checks, we require employment verification, rental history, and personal references of all applicants.

Maintenance

As “hands-on” owner-operators, maintaining our properties is our top priority. The LPM team takes pride in keeping its residences as sharp and functional on the inside as they are on the outside.

Resident Referral Program

A good reference goes a long way. We give our residents advanced notice of upcoming vacancies. When a resident connects us with a good candidate and a lease is signed, the resident gets $50. It’s our way of saying thanks and keeping the LPM community strong.
