How do I submit and application?
If you are responding to a listing for an available residence, or if you would like to apply to be placed on the LPM wait list, click on the application tab above. You will be directed to Innago, our property management software partner.
Does LPM check my credit score?
LPM reserves the right to check applicant credit scores.
How soon can I expect a response to my application?
Expect a response via email or text in 1 to 3 days from date of submission,
What is the LPM Tenant Portal?
When a lease is written, tenant is assigned personal login credentials for the LPM Tenant Portal.
The LPM Tenant Portal allows tenants to make payments and submit maintenance requests.
How do I make payments?
When a lease is written, tenant is assigned login credentials for the the LPM Tenant Portal. All payments are made via this portal.
How much is the rental deposit?
The typical security deposit for our studio residences is $300. Security deposit for all other residences is $500.
What is the LPM pet policy?
Policy varies with residence and is indicated in listing. Tenants with pets are charged a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300.
How are maintenance requests handled?
All maintenance requests are done via the LPM Tenant Portal.

If you’d like to be placed on theLPM waiting list, select “Wait List” from the dropdown menu when fill out the application and we will get back to you upon next availability.
- There is no application fee.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Please be prepared to include the following information with your LPM application:
- Employment history
- Two years of rental history
- Contact information for references
- If approved and lease is executed, new residents are assessed a one-time $25 account activation fee and a one-time $75 move-in inspection fee.
